Wifi - connect to 802.1x Security Network #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I try to connect to a WIFI Network with 802.1x Security (Eduroam, University 
Network) 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

As soon as i type in my Login Data and try to connect it keeps trying and 
aborting and trying and aborting as longs as ive got Wifi enabled or connect to 
another AP 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.06 /2.07 doenst matter, both are not working,
2.04 was working fine

Please provide any additional information below.

it doesn't work in 3.1_update4. I tried to configure it with no success. I have 
a friend with the same phone but CM7 instead of ics and it works really good in 
his phone. It also doesn't work in ZON routers (hitron teconology inc. - 
RSNA-CCMP 130N) it tries to connect but never does.

Got  the wifi working with the zon router.
I changed the router wifi configuration from g+n to b+g+n, the channel from 
auto to 1 and disabled wps and zon@fon or whatever it is called.
