ICS 2.08 version sdcard can't mount #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
SDCard can't mount when reboot phone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ICS 2.08

Please provide any additional information below.
After reboot phone, sdcard can't mount. but if you turn on wifi, it will 
remount success.
