wifi:High Upload speeds but low download speeds #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.some wifi network gives wrong setting
2.
3.it does the oposite download is 1mbps top and upload +-5mbps

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
download must be 5mbps and upload 1mbps top

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
i search the web but not for android just the problem and one user says:
1)seems to be some sort of error in the registry,any recommended tool for 
TCP|IP optimization for vista
2)Try TCP/IP reset --> http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357

until now i have this problem with only getnet gr-124w access point.

I have this problem too in 4.1update1a. Wifi download speeds are extremely slow.
