No one couldn't solve my issue #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.3G data sim gets apn setting information automatically but not connecting to 
internet.
2.when i go to set apn setting phone becomes reboot 
3.2G network not showing its name on status bar "NO Service"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aurora ics 2.11a with kernel 2.11a update1

Please provide any additional information below.
Remember plz: 
2G sim network provider is Kuwait Wataniya and 3G Zain Kuwait
