Manual operator network search

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Settings -> More... -> Mobile Networks
2. These settings are applied:
- Network mode: GSM/WCDMA auto
- System select: Automatic
- CDMA subscription: NV (RUIM/SIM not possible)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When manually searching for network the message is displayed: "Error while 
searching for network". No networks are found. The system does find home 
network automatically.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
aurora_2.11a + update1 + update2

I've tried aurora_3.1_update5, the network search is started, and left it to 
search for 30 minutes and the search progress still hasn't finished. Is this 
update included in this version?
