Data connected can't start after wifi turned off when far far away from wifi hotspot #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.connected wifi
2.leave away from the wifi router util the wifi turned off automatically
3.click turn off the wifi,and turn on the mobile data connect(3G)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the 3g can connect,but it did not.
After i turn on the airplane mode,and turn off airplane mode,the 3G mobile data 
connected right away.
I think this is a problerm,and if you need logs,i will be pleasure to catch,and 
you may need tell how to catch the log,Thank you ,sir.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

PS:the rom version is ICS4.04 2.11a with kernel update2.
