Cannot search gsm networks or choose manual network #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. settings > more > mobile networks > network operators > search networks

What is the expected output? 
should show other networks

What do you see instead?
nothing or failed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aurora ICS 4.0.4 for u8800 - Version 3.0_beta2_update1b

I am using Aurora 5.0 Update 20 and this problem still occurs.

Any way to solve it?
