No WLAN (WIFI) Connect to wps-wps2 wlan AVM-Router Fritz!Box 7390 Firmware: FRITZ!OS 05.21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install 3.1
2. Connect to Wlan (WPS Channel 1 AVM-Router Fritz!box 7390)
3. no connect to wifi wlan

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can not connect to Wlan, WLAN ist displayed but I´m not able to connect

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ics-aurora 3.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I can also not connect to any WLAN

I attach a logfile, perhaps it will help to find the problem.

Aurora_5.0 update9 no connect to my router the "old" wpa_supplicant solve the 
problem.
