BT headset (S9) pairing not sucessful #95

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put S9 headset in discovery mode
2. Turn X5 Bluetooth on
3. Turn X5 BT visible to other devices
4. Search devices
5. Pair X5 with S9
6. Pairing lasts forever

What is the expected output? 
Pair BT S9headset with X5.

What do you see instead?
Turning BT off then on: pairing not sucessful.
Cannot pair device.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aurora ICS 3.1 update1

Please provide any additional information below.
S9 pairing sucessful with other X5 with stock ROM (2.3.5 beta)
