No Internet on Saunalahti #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the rom while using Saunalahti
2. No Internet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Internet access. I have no internet access regardless of my settings. Adjusting 
persist.eons.enabled doesn't really help either. It's the same bug as with the 
1.x series. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1 update 4

Please provide any additional information below.

Attached logcat radio logs when trying to enable internet.
