There is no way to choose another repository #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
You run application at first time and you can't download anywhere except 
Crosswire. And when you already have some bibles, you still can not manually 
add sources like in Xiphos.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Application must give option to enter your own repository data.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
And Bible 0.5.07. HTC Desire. Android 2.3.3 (CyanogenMod).

Xiphos is one of the repos included for Download Documents.

Even so, it would be helpful to include CrossWire Wycliffe in the repo list.
