Gadget display bug #446

An unnecessary blue frame is displayed around the gadget. It covers the first 
line of the data and i can't see processor name. Probably it's a small problem, 
but it's irritating. I'm using version 0.5.1 beta. This bug occurs on Windows 
Vista usually after running a fullscreen application.

To have a chance to fix this problem I need a way to reproduce it here. Do you 
have a freeware/open source fullscreen application that causes this problem 
consistently on your Windows Vista system?

For example a popular game World of Tanks and many other... I tested program on 
Windows XP and Vista, but problem occurs only on Vista. I noticed that if I 
check option "Run on Windows Startup", the frame is also displayed instantly 
when i boot the computer. 
Incidentally, what can be important about my computer:
- Windows Aero Glass theme is turned on
- I have 32-bit version of Windows Vista
- I have nVidia 9600GT graphic card

Same issue running 64bit Win7 Pro.  Also doing it on latest beta release 0.6

Open Hardware Monitor - Gadget Display Bug "Resolved"
Quick update on what I did to resolve this issue.  I set up OHM to run as a 
service in the background (don't interact with desktop). Then I setup taskmgr 
to run OHM at log on (with a minimal delay).  The gadget no longer pops in and 
out with the "frame outline" and no longer pauses while trying to access the 
app.  I don't know why it works, but I have found no ill side effects to this 
solution.  CPU usage while running as a service and a start up app are not 
noticeable.  Will update if I have any issues with this workaround.
I used srvman.exe 1.0 to install as a service and later went into Control Panel 
Services to tweak settings.  Good luck and thinks for a handy program like Open 
Hardware Monitor.
