We probably have some people willing to share their expertise.

Fannar Snær is a Node Ninja. But getting a good foreign mentor would be awesome !

We could run few workshops at the same time: http://nodeschool.io/#workshopper-list. We need to find mentors based on what workshop we want to run, see #5.

Some of us at Aranja have experience teaching CS and want to do more (me and @thorsteinsson at least).

Afaik, mentoring is not about celebrities and hosting great talks. More about hovering, as students do workshops themselves. Helping them understand the material better and teaching them how to troubleshoot problems.

I.e. we should invite anyone who has plenty node experience and likes helping others, to come and be a mentor. Then strive for a 5:1 ratio of attendees and mentors.

If there are too many mentors, some will automatically find something else to do (leave, or stay and hack on their own projects).
