Realistically we could run this off on no cash at all but I'd really like the following things ordered from most important to least important:

  1. Stickers.
  2. T-Shirts for mentors to show that they are appreciated.
  3. Non-alcoholic drinks for participants.
  4. Snacks for participants.
  5. Food for participants.
  6. Alcoholic drinks for participants.

I love the list. I think we should definitely do 1 and 2. [3,5] depends on the duration of the event, which depends on #5. After we are done with the workshop we could also hit the pubs and then we get 6 for free.
