Restore purchases issue #31

When I click restore purchases, the app doesn't upgrade to the premium version like it used to. I tried reinstalling the app and I already checked the account I used. Please help, thanks.

The restore should work, what version are you using ?

Can you share this log file to debug this issue ~/Library/Containers/com.ashvin777.apps.stickynotes/Data/Library/Logs/Stick-ies/main.log ?

I deleted this app on my macbook because I changed account but I went back to my old account recently, and I can't seem to restore purchase. Idk if this info can help.

Hi @anzinne , Thanks for sharing the logs. I observed that somehow the restore purchase has been failing for "[2024-09-01 03:22:01.028] [info] Failed to purchase the product.", that might be due to apple services. Is it possible for you retry ? Keep a eye on https://developer.apple.com/system-status/ just incase if apple server is down during that time.
