Investigate SEO and apply best practices

I'm guessing there are improvements we can make for the SEO of the site and apply the best practices:

• correct social media image when sharing direct link to a blog post
• make sure it looks good on twitter
• etc

I'm guessing there is an Astro plugin that we can use (or fix it to work in the current site)
