[test_topic_published.py, boolean_node.py] Enable importing modules #1760

What is this?

Now the boolean node and test_topic_published.py can set the python expression. You may want to import libraries like the transform tool. http://wiki.ros.org/topic_tools/transform This PR enables that by adding ~import param.
