[jsk_calibration] Modify checkerboard spacing values and modify README #597

In hrp2w_calibration, modify checkerboard spacing x,y parameters to be measurement values for actual checkerboard, and add this procedure to README.

Updating README is good. Spacing parameters should be 0.03, you must use correct checker board.

Fixed spacing parameters for checker board to be 0.03.
