Add urdf models, which are converted from https://github.com/euslisp/EusLisp/tree/master/models. These models are automatically converted by rosrun eusurdf convert-all-eusmodel.py.
rosrun eusurdf convert-all-eusmodel.py
travis error is same as https://github.com/jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_common/issues/484.
I also added moveit scene files to each model directory.
