Add joint documentation #399

I revised the pdf about the PR2 joint names and limits to make it look nicer and uploaded it here as I think that might be the best place? I was not sure where exactly to add it and how to add the description in the readme.

@AnneKoepken BTW how did you create this PDF? Did you directory edit this ? Or use other tools and export to PDF? If the latter case, could you put the original data, so that others can continue edit this?

I took a Screenshot from the manual and edited it in PowerPoint, I guess that is not really professionell, but at least everybody knows how to use it. PR2_joints.pptx
