From support
I can see from the logs that multiple faults are present.
error_message: "Robot has operated for 564 hours and has been powered on for 368 days since running SpotCheck. Please run Joint Calibration and Camera Check in SpotCheck to ensure routine maintenance and clear this fault. Only run camera calibration if it is suggested from SpotCheck." p1 overtemp faults camera server faults
The following steps should help with these issues
Power off Spot completely. It cannot cool down or reboot if it is run for over 1 year without powering down. Perform the recommended maintenance. At least clean the fan filters to assist with the computer cooling https://support.bostondynamics.com/s/article/Preventative-maintenance-for-Spot Let Spot continue to cool for 2 hours Power Spot on and report to me any faults after the boot up is complete Access the web admin console network settings section Reset all network settings, or change the payload IP settings to default. An incorrect IP address is likely causing the camera and WiFi problems with the CORE. Check this article to ensure that Spot does not have any routing conflicts https://support.bostondynamics.com/s/article/Spot-network-setup
It seems to be resolved by cooling and cleaning.
BelKa cannot controlled by official tablet app because Wi-Fi AP of Spot (spot-BD-XXXXXXX) cannot be seen.
