About downloading ROS melotic jsk rviz plugins tool #845

During downloading, about http://cn.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu Unable to download, connection failed

im not sure your issue, but jsk visualization is distributed from ros server, so it is not related to ubuntu server. please check your apt server setting.
