[doc] Fix pictogram doc #849

I fixed the links to Entypo and Font Awesome web pages because these may no longer exist (404 not found).

Entypo

Jsk package may uses the second version and Entypo ended support for it. The Official site places the link to the old version of site here.

Font Awesome

We cannot access to the former web site anymore. I replaced the home page and character map with the latest.
