Build targets file for post-processing assembly #4

PostSharp uses a build target to hook post-processing into your VS projects 
(and I believe also MsBuild).

May I suggest that this library also adopt that approach.  It would probably be 
easy to write and maintain, and is cleaner than a post-build batch file step.

Happy to take patches :)

I'm not updating this project often so I'd rather not spend time changing the 
build at this point... but I'll accept a patch, and will look at it again 
anyway if I end up doing any more significant work on this.
