upconvert to XDCAMHD422 target #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ffmbc -i SD_resolution.mpg -target xdcamhd422 output.mxf
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
[scale @ 03A55F00] w:720 h:576 fmt:yuv420p -> w:720 h:576 fmt:yuv422p flags:0x4
Error, target xdcamhd422 only supports 1920x1080 or 1280x720 resolutions

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FFmbc version 0.7-rc7 win32

Please provide any additional information below:
seem missing scale=1920:1080 from xdcamhd422 target specification...
