Feature request: -targets help #120

ffmbc has -formats and -codecs options that tell which formats and codecs are 
supported.  It would be nice to have a corresponding option -targets showing 
which values are valid for the -target option.  (ffmbc -help currently only 
shows a brief list of examples.)
