Multi-threaded DNxHD decoding #134

Hi Baptiste,

i could really use milti-threaded DNxHD decoding to take full advantage of the 
cpu power i have at hand.

currently the transcoding from DNxHD to H264 which i use the most is only using 
a limited amount of the cpu most likely due to inefficient decoding of the 
source.

sample command line: /usr/local/bin/ffmbc -y -i /mnt/tmpfs/test.mov -f mov 
-faststart 1 -vf "scale=1280:720" -vcodec libx264 -preset medium -profile 
baseline -crf 23 -g 2 -threads 0 -acodec libfaac -ab 192k -ac 2 
/mnt/out/test.mov

in average i get about 80fps transcoding speed and using about 25-30% cpu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below:

- Full commandline run (with -v 3) and everything the program printed
without
the repeating parts.
- Upload your sample somewhere and supply url
