Implementing subtitle tracks for QuickTime #177

What steps will reproduce the problem?
This is more a feature request than bug report.
I have not been able to add a subtitle track to QuickTime output files—ass, 
srt, dcbsub, dvdsub all fail with "could not find tag, codec not currently 
supported in container", xsub fails with "No subtitle bitmap available."
I presume I can generate an ASS file and burn in the subtitles, but it would be 
nice to have a proper subtitle track.
