Patch for /trunk/cpyrit_calpp/setup.py #263

If compiled using latest subversion sources, an error will pop-up on each run 
of Pyrit indicating a version mismatch between _cpyrit_calpp.so and 
_cpyrit_cpu.so. This simple change should fix that.

This is intended behaviour as hazeman has not yet released 0.4.0 of the 
calpp-plugin. There may be changes going into it before switching to 0.4.1
