Wiki install directions link to old version of software #331

Maybe because it is late, or maybe because I might be functionally retarded, 
but the installation instructions on the wiki link to v3.0 of your software, 
and I did not see that there is a newer version in the downloads page. 

This causes issues because CUDA is now in version 4, and the wiki page does not 
hard link to CUDA 3.0, so I ended up with CUDA 4 and cPyrit-cuda 3, which did 
not run.

I recommend changing the links on the installation wiki page to point to the 
latest stable release instead of hard linking to a particular version.
