"Register to the meetup" section is missing background color as per the Figma design

Describe the bug Register for the meetup is not consistent

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the project on local and check the "register for meetup" before footer
2. Check Figma and you will see the background color is missing

Expected behavior Footer should be align to Figma design
