NETStandard version of all the Plugins? #92

Is there a NETStandard version of these packages available or on the roadmap? We are moving all of our library development to .NETStandard 2.0.

At least IconNavigationPage seems to work although VS shows a warning for Xam.ForsmPlugin.Iconize nuget.
