PHP 8 support #79

PHP 8 is here, can you add its support in composer.json file ?

Let me see what I can do... I've been having trouble getting the unit tests to pass, and I'm still waiting on the algo26-matthias/idna-convert package to tag a new release to include PHP 8 support.
