Add keyboard shortcuts to go to the next chapter and the previous #24

It's pretty simple, it would be really nice if by hitting the left and right arrow keys we could navigate through the chapters

Hmm yeah I like that, gonna try to see how best to implement it. I'm thinking it definitely needs to handle when a user is zoomed far in (so horizontal scroll is possible), and not go to next chapter in those cases.
