Build in locale extensions #116

Do you have your own locale extensions for some languanges? Do you plan to share locale extensions?

I could help with russian locale extension as well

I haven't made a plan or gotten in any way beyond the stage of knowing that would be a good idea. Thank you for the offer -- hopefully I can give some thought to that this summer!

Do you have specific tests for your english locale object?

If not - first of all need to move english locale to separated file and add test against this file.

I'd like to provide translations for Finnish and Swedish locales. We are needing to translate these ourselves, so would make sense to contribute these to a repo.

But currently there isn't a way? Could you just refactor to have these locale configs in their own separate files in this project? People could send PRs for additional languages.
