New Feature : Horizontal based parallax #25

Hi, I was looking for a vue parallax plugin on Vue Awesome Parallax section this plugin was the only one working not only on images, but I found out that horizontal parallax was not implemented. I tried my best to follow the code syntax and style, hope you like it !
