Bilobe Cells
stack.LR.Brain1.ROI3_z6_98_z009_c003.tif
-flag cell as bilope---look at previous two frames and see how much area overlaps. if a lot of area overlaps two separate cells, then it probably merged into a bilobe cell.
-bilobe(Cell 1, Cell 2) ---keep track of number of images so, it increases
-update algorithm to make all instances of pair of cells (separate or not) bilobe or not bilobe
-maybe see if we can subtract green channel in someway between the two cells
