mekanism GUI issue #13

there's a bug with the new mekanism v10 machines were you aren't able to interact with the inventory or the machine inputs and outputs (while machine is opened) and just wanted to report it since it hinders normal gameplay this was in the forge version

I implemented a new method to insert widgets to screen for v0.4.2+, which should fix this issue.

seems to have been fixed, thank you very much! note: some machines in meakinsm don't even have and inventory yet the mod sort buttons are there (example is the quantum entangloporter)
