Climbers view doesn't show the secondary fields unless i deselect and then select them #4

first view of the climber list shows only: member#, firstname, lastname even though the following are also selected in "Columns" birthyear, gender, category, region, team, coach

if i deselect and then select "gender", then the gender column shows up. same for category. probably others too

Some improvement by adding style rules for column toggle table. Still more to do.
