climber import: maybe more description of the action choices

what specifically do the following mean?

• add new
• add new, update existing
• replace all

either add help text in the interface, or document this in the README, or somewhere else?

I agree that these need to be explained better. lower priority. I'll explain here for now.

• Add new means that any rows in the CSV file that are not already in the database (based on the USAC member ID number) will be added.
• Add new and update existing means that any rows in the CSV file that are not already in the database will be added. If the row matches a climber (by USAC member ID) and some of the data is different, the changed data (e.g. Category) will be updated.
• Replace all means that all the existing climbers will first be removed and all the rows from the CSV will be added
• Test means that the CSV file will be processed as if add and update except that no inserts or updates will be done.

sorry. i wasn't clear at all on this, but i was pretty sure i knew what the meant. i simply figured that for more broad use, those terms should be defined.
