Suppress "Setting 'rescor' to FALSE by default for this model" warnings #21

Right now both flocker_make_stancode and flocker_make_standata throw a Setting 'rescor' to FALSE by default for this model warning. We should suppress these warnings while ensuring that other warnings that might bubble up from the underlying brms functions are allowed to pass through.

This is irrelevant with the custom family.
