Post processing #65

Adds post-processing functionality. Not yet well tested. Also adds a dramatic simplification of the fp likelihoods.

This is now somewhat better tested; at least post-processing successfully returns data in the correct shape for all of the multiseason models. However, actual unit tests are not yet included.
