New push to master

Heya. I've uploaded the Visual studio project to master. It's not done but you can use it to check connection - I commented out the real logic of the server, so for each request you'll always get the same answer

• get screenshot request always return an image in jpg format of the same dude.
• post command will always return status 200.

close this issue when you read it.
