uss_sample code 5 #1

The variable uss_sample from crf_1 identifies if the participant is in the USS subsample this should be 0 and 1. 6 who are not in the uss_subsample from divids(5) and nustart(1) had uss performed. There is one individual coded "5" (and uss was performed).

There should not be a code 5 in the updated dataset. But I will be updating the radio_exam variable to give more details on why the respondent did not have an ultrasound reading.
