Debugging stuff #13

It's been tough to debug! Let's add some features to the next version:

Print the version of bottlejack
Print options that are passed in
Print the templates that are found
Print content/keys that are found
Print where each file is being saved to
Each and every file copied over from statics

Maybe do this every time, not just with a --debug flag? No reason not to, I guess.

Debugging is now in release 0.0.3. Both running bottlejack as well as bottlejack --debug
