Would be interesting to see two or three examples of well known movies with the comparison between China and USA.

hichenwang commented 7 years ago

Would be helpful to identify Hollywood movies and build on a clear sample.

Hi Shiying, So you have learned to connect the data to the map and that is a good step. What you need to understand is that when you make a map you want there to be something about WHERE the data are that is relevant. If there is a way that place plays a role, then a map is the right way to go. Does everything happen in say, Asia but not Europe? Then you need a map. But otherwise, it's just a general WHERE that we are getting and there is no pattern.

Also, there is no correlation here. Just because two things happen in the same place doesn't mean there is a relationship. Remember I showed this site, in class? screen shot 2017-08-07 at 9 41 46 pm Keep trying. Every step is a step forward!
