Have the same issue. It looks like base64Codec doesn't perform unescape before performing base64 decode.
Yeah, confirmed, if i use javascript manually unescape
the data, then it will work.
The JSON text "\/"
is a valid JSON string encoding of "/". It looks like the package is not unescaping the string before decoding the base64.
Just use the
ConfigCompatibleWithStandardLibrary
, and with the below input:jsoniter runs into the below error, and std encoding/json runs perfectly fine
