Remove note about work now happening in the JSON-LD WG.
Note change to WG status.
Reference YAML-LD.
Use irc.w3.org for IRC instead of Freenode. Add Gitter channel.

@msporny I note that the footer still references this as being part of the Payswarm initiative. Probably not anymore. Do you want to change that to something else, or should we just drop it? Maybe a note that hosting is provided by Digital Bazaar?
