Much more useful to reference the ID, but it doesn’t seem to have anything to say about YAML streams. If that forthcoming?

I still have to complete this PR.

About streams the only thing we can currently say is that current implementations consider different documents in a stream as completely independent. I've been told that it is not guaranteed for future releases, so that's all we can say atm.

We should probably identify what to provide in this doc and what can be provided in further expansion docs: in this way we will be able to gather implementer's feedback based on concrete implementations (e.g. using .yamlld extension). WDYT?
