Addon builder doesn't applied #974

Hey all, I have tried to create addon, library loads and displays template for it, but does not apply custom builder function (passed as 4th argument to schemaFormDecoratorsProvider.defineAddOn) I have looked for example here What am I missing? Any thoughts?

@gnom7 sorry I've been on holidays, did you solve your issue? If not can you make a plunker or provide an example of what you are trying?
